In anul 1827, Tarul Nicolae I al Rusiei emite un Decret Special, in urma caruia la Purcari este infiintata prima gospodarie vinicola specializata din Basarabia. Aceasta a fost numita in cinstea unuia dintre fondatorii de origine germana, Harmizone. Calitatea strugurilor a atins cote maxime atunci cand podgoriile plantate in 2003- 2004 au ajuns la maturitate dupa 10 ani de la plantarea acestora. Château Purcari este locul unde confortul intalneste traditia, iar peisajele de poveste iti taie respiratia. Acolo descoperi ca vinul e, totusi, o poezie. Purcari Cabernet Sauvignon este obinut din struguri recoltati si selectati manual, vinificati prin metoda traditionala iar maturarea are loc timp de 6 luni in barrique de stejar frantuzesc. Culoare rosu -rubiniu intensa, cu reflexe purpurii. Aroma dominata de cirese negre cu note fine de condimente exotice. Gustul este plin, complex, cu note de fructe coapte, ciocolata, vanilie si stafide, finalul este viguros, viril si robust. Temperatura de servire: 18-20 C. Asocieri gastronomice: branzeturi cu mucegai, carne de vita.
