Domeniul este un colț de rai învăluit în căldura specifică zonei de sud a Franței și a fost adus la viață de către Jean Prat. Minervois Terroir Saint Paul este un vin roșu realizat din soiurile de struguri Grenache și Syrah. Cu un caracter mătăsos, acesta cucerește prin aromele sale condimentate, un acord subtil de condimente și fructe roșii.
