Amaretto Di Venezia este un lichior originar din Italia cu o aromă delicată de vanilie cu note subtile de migdală. Este o băutură deosebită obținută prin procesare la rece și rafinare în butoi de oțel. Amaretto este un celebru lichior italian dulce-amărui cu aromă de migdale. Aroma dulce-amăruie a lichiorului de migdale este foarte cunoscută datorită diferitelor utilizări. Poate fi servit fie sec fie cu gheață cu un strop de lime sau în cocktailuri. De asemena este utilizat și în diferite feluri de mâncare (în special la deserturi). În general această băutură este obținută fie din migdale sau sâmburi de caise fie din combinarea acestora.
