Casa Ca DI Rajo este situata la o mosie intr-un sat medieval din Italia si detine cele mai inovative tehnologii de vinificatie si o echipa tanara. Ca 'di Rajo prosecco DOC extra dry este un prosecco realizat din strugurii glera care sunt recoltati manual la jumatatea lunii septembrie si sunt specifici zonei valdobbiadene cu presare foarte moale. Tehnica de productie este Charmat lung. Maturarea are loc cu 30 de zile inainte de comercializare. Culoare: galben pai- briliant, cu reflexe verzui, perlaj foarte fin si persistent. Miros: flori de salcam, de intensitate buna, cu note particulare de mar, lamaie si grepfrut. Gust are o structura buna, moale cu fructe emergente, echilibrata si savuroasa, placut si armonioasa. Temperatura de servire: 6-8 ° C. Asocieri gastronomice: excelent ca aperitiv servit cu legume, cartofi prajiti si branzeturi, precum si excelent paste reci aromate cu cele mai bune fructe de sezon. Asociere excelenta cu peste crud, cum ar fi stridii, trufe si scampi.
