Ouzo Sertiko este o băutură tradițională de origine grecească și are o concentrație de 45%. Atât la nivelul olfactiv cât și la cel al gustului se resimt puternic notele de anason distilat fiind o băutură foarte aromatică și deloc recomandată persoanelor care nu îndrăgesc anasonul. Ouzo Sertiko este incolor și parfumat iar dacă se adaugă apă la consum acesta capătă o textură albă oarecum lăptoasă. Acestă băutură este recomandată pentru a fi servită lângă peștele crud fructele de mare aperitive sau salate sau înainte de orice fel de mâncare pe post de aperitiv.
