Zanin Limoncello este o băutură care se înscrie în categoria lichiorurilor. Provine din Italia cunoscută nu doar pentru vinurile sale ci și pentru producerea de lichioruri faimoase în toată lumea în special de lichiorurile Limoncello. Zanin Limoncello este unul dintre produsele tipice italienești.  Pentru a produce acest lichior cojile de lămâie sunt macerate în alcool timp de aproximativ 20 de zile apoi la pasta de lămâie obținută anterior se adaugă sirop de zahăr. După amestecarea tuturor ingredientelor lichiorul este rafinat în rezervoare din oțel inoxidabil apoi filtrat la temperatura camerei și în final îmbuteliat. Zanin Limoncello este un tip de lichior italienesc obținut din amestecarea alcoolului cu o infuzie de coji de lămâie atent selecționate și zahăr. Prezintă o culoare galben deschis. În ceea ce privește profilul aromatic lichiorul italienesc Zanin Limoncello prezintă arome intense de lămâie. Din punct de vedere gustativ își expune cu admirație aromele dulci și captivante prezentând arome de coajă de lămâie. Finish-ul este persistent. Zanin Limoncello este ideal ca bază pentru cocktailuri și se servește cu gheață. Este utilizat ca digestiv după masă sau ca ingredient în prepararea sorbetelor înghețatelor sau prăjiturilor.
