Procesul de distilare este realizat în cazane de cupru și alambic clasic cu foc deschis. Maturarea în butoaiele din lemn înmoaie, rotunjește și ii conferă o textură catifelată lichiorului, păstrând și amplificând mirosul aromatizat de fructe, apreciat în întreaga lume.
