Descriere
In Dufftown se zice ca: Roma a fost construita pe sapte dealuri, iar Dufftown se afla pe sapte faleze. Construita in anul 1897 si a saptea dintre distilerii, distileria Glendullan se afla pe malul raului Dullen, prin pitorescul Convall Hills. Aceasta produce un whisky delicat cu un profil din care se disting notele de mere verzi. Cea mai mare parte a whisky-ului produs aici se matureaza in butoaie de stejar american in care au fost bourbon, ceea ce confera o dulcea si o bogatie aparte whisky-ului produs aici. Singleton Glendullan 15 ani este un whisky single malt vechi de cel putin 15 ani maturat intr-o proportie mai mare in butoaie de stejar american, iar o proportie mai mica in butoaie de stejar european, asta pentru a echilibra acest single malt. Rezultatul acestei maturari este un single malt usor, cu arome delicioase de citrice cu un gust fructat si neted si un finish echilibrat si usor picant.Miros: Buchetul acestui single malt este unul dulce si primitor, usor la inceput cu urme de condiment si lemn dulce, urmate de note mature mai bogateGust: Gustul acestui single malt denota un amestec de torturi cu fructe cu note de citrice moi si vanilieFinish: Finish-ul este neted si echilibrat cu note de stejar si note parfumate
