Descriere
Distileria Scapa este o distilerie de whisky scotiana de pe insula Orkeny din Scotia si a fost fondata in 1885 Macfarlane &
Townsend si a fost in anii '50 achizitionata de Hiram Walker &
Sons Ltd si a fost reconstruita. In anul 2004 aceasta s-a confruntat din nou cu inchiderea definitiva. Acestia au continuat insa procesul de maturare a whisky-ului pe care acestia il aveau in depozite, iar in noiembrie 2009 Scapa a fost relansata si a venit cu sortimentul de 16 ani.Scapa The Orcadian Skiren s-a alaturat gamei Scapa in anul 2015, fiind un single mal dulceag, maturat in butoaie de stejar american din care acesta isi i-a caracteristicile parfumate si notele de miere, vanilie si accentele de mar atat de specifice celor de la Scapa. Denumirea Skiren vine de la cer instelat si te indeamna parca sa savurezi acest single malt in thina, seara dupa o zi incarcata.Miros: Buchetul acestui single malt este unul ce cuprinde arome dulci cu note de miere, nuci, placinta cu mere si anasonGust: Gustul acestui single malt prezinta arome de pere, miere si coaja de lamaie cu note subtile lemnoase si umpic de condimenteFinish: Finish-ul este unul mediu si dulceag cu note lemnoase
