Plantation Stiggins’ Fancy Pineapple este rodul celei de-a treia colaborari dintre Alexander Gabriel si David Wondrich si face parte din gama Bar Classic, alaturi de Plantation O.F.T.D. Overproof 69%, Plantation 3 Stars si Plantation Original Dark. Romul se vrea a fi un omagiu adus personajului creat de Charles Dickens in Pickwick Papers, Reverendul Stiggins, a carui bautura preferata era „romul de ananas”. Scoartele de ananas Victoria sunt infuzate in romul Plantation 3 Stars, care este apoi distilat in continuare. Separat, fructul de ananas este infuzat in romul Plantation Original Dark. Atat infuzia de distilat, cat si cea de fructe sunt in cele din urma amestecate, creand un buchet bogat si delicios de ananas, accentuat de note de fum si cuisoare. Rezulta un rom cu un buchet bogat si delicios, accentuat de note de fum si arome de fructe tropicale, ananas, coaja de citrice si o nota de cuisoare. Gustul se deschide cu o senzatie placut structurata, de banane coapte, ananas si mirodenii stratificate intr-un finisaj fumuriu.
