Dewar's a fost creat de master-blender-ul A.J.Cameron in anul 1899, devenind in scurt timp emblema casei Dewar's. Dewar's White Label este un blended whisky realizat din aproximativ 40 de whisky-uri dublu maturate, ceea ce ii ofera un echilibru perfect intre aroma si finete. Aroma este corpolenta si dezvaluie accente afumate, cu tuse de fructe, condimente si caramel. Dewar's White Label este ingredientul principal in bine-cunoscutul cocktail Original Highball. Se spune ca Tommy Dewar, aflat la New York, ar fi cerut ca whisky-ul sau sa fie adus intr-un pahar inalt, cu sifon si gheata, acesta fiind momentul in care a luat nastere celebrul cocktail.Miros: Buchetul acestui whisky se deschide cu note de miere, piersica, mar si lemnGust: Pe palat se simte catifelat, elegant si nuantat, cu arome de vanilie, trufe, un pic de fum si note lemnoaseFinish: Finish-ul este lung, cu arome de ierburi aromate si fum
