Casa de coniac Martell este considerată una dintre cele mai vechi din lume, având o vechime de peste 300 de ani. Fondat în anul 1715 de către Jean Martell, brand-ul se concentrează pe calitate, tradiție și autenticitate, fiind recunoscut pentru coniacurile sale rafinate. Martell a fost de-a lungul timpului un lider în industria coniacului și continuă să fie un nume important în domeniu, oferind o gamă largă de coniacuri, printre care se numără și legendarul coniac Martell Cordon Bleu. Un amestec de cognac-uri mature, unele învechite chiar și 35 de ani, cu o structură moale, blândă, extrem de plăcută. Parfumul e fructat și în același timp piperat, cu note de migdale, ceară de albine și lemn de santal. Gustul e rotund, cu arome de smochine și alune. Finisajhul e lung și mătăsos. Savurează Martell XO simplu, sau adaugă puțină apă pentru a permite aromelor să se deschidă.
