Descriere

In anul 1820, fondatorul distileriei Glengoyne, George Connell a inceput sa distileze whisky in secret la Ferma Burnfoot, unde se afla si astazi distileria Glengoyne. Cascada de apa ascunsa si stralucirea fermei in miniatura il face pe George sa treaca neobservat de accizatori, continuand sa distileze ilegal, neffind primul care face acest lucru in aceasta perioada in Scotia. Cu toate acestea in anul 1833, George decide sa lucreze in cadrul legii si dobandeste licenta de distilare.Glengoyne 18 ani este un single malt cu un gust proaspat, picant si de cereale. Ca note distinctive in buchetul de arome al acestui single malt de disting note de fructe de vanilie picanta si merele coapte, acestea fiind rezultatul a 18 ani lungi de maturare si o proportie generoasa de butoaie sherry de prim rang si calitate pentru maturarea acestui sortiment.Miros: Mirosul acestui single malt se caracterizeaza prin note proaspete de mere rosii si pepene copt completate de notele de zahar brunGust: Gustul este unul rotund si bogat cu note de fructe zdrobite, marzipan si nuci in cobinatie cu condimente, cacao si marmelada de SevillaFinish: Finish-ul este unul putin picat, lung si uscat
