Descriere
Mostenirea lui Dalmore dateaza inca din 1263 atunci cand, Colin din Kintail, seful clanului Mackenzie l-a salvat pe regele Alexandru al III-lea de furia unui cerb. In semn de recunoastere a acestui gest, regele le-a acordat clanului Mackenzie dreptul de a folosi emblema regala pe stema lor. Astfel ca atunci cand descendenti ai clanului Mackenzie au devenit propietari ai distileriei in anul 1867, emblema a devenit cunoscuta ca impodobeste cu mandrie fiecare sticla de Dalmore chiar si pana azi. Dalmore 12 ani este un single malt exceptional, maturat in butoaie de bourbon fabricate din stejar alb american dupa care e transferat in butoaie tot de stejar in care au fost sherry oloroso. Cu aromele sale complexe, Dalmore 12 ani este recunoscut ca un single malt cu un caracter mult peste varsta lui.Miros: Buchetul acestui single malt se remarca prin aromele de citrice, ciocolata si condimentele aromateGust: Gustul acestui single malt este recunoscut dupa aromele portocalelor de Sevilla, fructele uscate si indiciile de vanilieFinish: Finish-ul este unul in care se regasesc aromele de cafea prajita si ciocolata calda
