Descriere
Productia a inceput in distileria Arran din Lochranza acum aproape 25 de ani. Multe alte locatii au fost luate in considerare la acea vreme pentru instalarea distileriei insa apropierea de Loch na Davie ne-a furnizat o sursa destul de speciala de apa dulce pentru distilare. Acest lucru va tine distileria multi ani deacum incolo datorita sursei de apa proapspete. A doua distilerie a celor de la Arran s-a deschis anul trecut in sudul insulei la Lagg unde se realizeaza un stil foarte unic de peated single malt, single malt afumat.Arran Non Chill Filtered 10 ani este un clasic care inglobeaza gustul unic al frumoasei insule si este unul dintre cele mai bune single malt-uri pe care Scotia le poate oferi. Si acest lucru o confirma premiul pe care acest whisky l-a luat, ca fiind unul din 20 de whisky-uri definitorii din ultimii 20 de ani, premiu acordat in 2011 la a 20-a aniversare a Malt Advocate.
