Aberlour 12 Years Non Chill-filtered este un single malt care a fost invechit in doua tipuri de butoaie cu scopul de a obtine expresia suprema a gustului. Mai intai isi incepe maturarea in butoaie traditionale de Cendro pentru ca apoi sa completeze acest proces in butoaie de cirese. Un proces care va oferi profunzime gustului fructat si picant de o anumita complexitate si straturi de intensitate. Miros: cu arome dulci si picante, unde alcoolul este usor de simtit. Indicii de fructe (portocale, capsuni, caise uscate), iar sper final o usoara aroma de stejar, zahar brun si foarte putin fan. Gust: puternic si plin pe palat, acest echilibru perfect intre dulceata si condimente. Cu note de caisa uscata, portocale, creme brulee, stejar proaspat, scortisoara si cafea.Finalul este cu o lungime medie, fructat-picant, cu note de dulceata de portocale usor amara, putina nuca si espresso.
