Chiar daca acest whiskey dateaza inca de la inceputul anilor 1857, dealungul istoriei s-au intamplat multe asa ca in decembrie 1991, a fost resuscitat de Irish Distillers Limited, dupa o absenta de aproape 10 ani. Veritabilului single pot still whiskey i s-a facut o noua infatisare si a beneficiat de prgramul de revnovare a lemnului din distilerie.Emblema Redbreast, Single Pot Still de 12 ani se mandreste cu complexitatea aromelor si calitatile distinctive ale whiskey-ul pot still. Maturat in butoaie de burbon si sherry, stilul distinctiv de Sherry Redbreast este o bucurie de observat in fiecare sticla.
