An de an, acest vin numit dupa fondatorul Anselmo Paternoster, se bucura de elogii critici si ar trebui sa fie in pivnita fiecarui pasionat serios de vin italian. Vizual: Rosu rubin stralucitor, intens. Olfactiv: Prezinta un buchet larg, complex, cu note de fructe rosii, ierburi balsamice si condimente. Gustativ: La gust este sec si puternic, cu o structura si eleganta deosebite si un finis extrem de lung.
