Descriere
Un soi si un vin care simbolizeaza perfect Sardinia, Cannonau este una dintre bijuteriile coroanei de la Sella si Mosca. Soiul de struguri Cannonau, care ofera un rosu sec, plin, este unul dintre cele mai cunoscute vinuri din Sardinia si este cunoscut in general, in alte parti, sub numele de Grenache. Cultivat cu grija suplimentara, se bucura de solurile calde, nisipoase in care creste, adiat de vantul dominant de nord-est. Un vin care exprima intensitate si caldura, combinand note delicate florale si de fructe coapte cu cele mai clasice ale vegetatiei mediteraneene . Culoarea rosu rubiniu stralucitor anunta un buchet amplu si complex, in care nuantele precum trandafirul, violeta, cireasa si coacazul intalnesc notele elegante de condiment. Vinul este plin, robust, cald si generos, dar bine echilibrat, proaspat si profund. Finisul este persistent, cu o textura matasoasa.
