Tomatin a fost înființat in anul 1897 într-un cadru foarte idilic pentru o distilerie. Odată cu dezvoltarea căii ferate Highland a luat naștere și Tomatin Legacy, care a devenit treptat inima comunității și casa pentru mulți meșteri dedicați. Aromele de mere coapte si vanilie, din Tomatin 8 years, au o trecere ușoară spre arome mai profunde si echilibrate de fructe întunecate și ghimbir. Toate aceasta se combina lăsând un final dulce, ușor picant si elegant. Cel mai bine este servit sec sau cu gheata, pentru a simți toate notele oferite de butoaiele de Bourbon si Sherry.
