Domeniile Tohani companie producatoare de vinuri linistite si vinuri spumante, ce detine o podgorie de 365 de hectare de vita de vie in mijlocul regiunii Dealu Mare. Tohani Cuvee Dolette este un spumat rose obtinut din struguri busuioaca de bohotin. Strugurii sunt culesi manual, lasati la macerat 3-4 zile si la fermentat 15 zile. Se recomanda ca aperitiv, langa carne alba, deserturi si peste.
