Povestea Dalmore datează încă din anul 1263, atunci când familia Mackenzie salvează viața regelui Alexandru al III-lea și primește dreptul de a folosi stema regală. În anul 1837 Andrew și Charles Mackenzie preiau conducerea distileriei Dalmore și decorează cu mândrie fiecare sticlă Dalmore cu emblema regală ce reprezintă atât trecutul, cât și promisiunea excelenței. Un single malt extraordinar și rar, bine făcut, finisat în patru butoaie excepționale. După prima maturare în butoaie ex-bourbon de stejar alb, whisky-ul este împărțit în butoaie de prim umplere ex-bourbon, Apostoles, butoaie sheery Matusalem de 30 de ani și baricuri de vin Cabernet Sauvignon. Cele patru părți sunt apoi combinate pentru a se armoniza.
