Povestea Teeling incepe in anul 1782 cand Walter Teeling infiinteaza o mica distilerie artizanala pe Marrowbone Lane Street, in inima industriala a orasului Dublin. Incepand cu 2012, Jack si Stephen Teeling, cea mai recenta generatie de a producatorilor de whiskey Teeling, si-au pus propriile amprente pe whiskey-ul irlandez si au incheiat procesul in 2015 cand au deschis cu mandrie noua distilerie Teeling. Distileria Teeling de acum este prima distilerie noua construita din Dublin de peste 125 de ani incoace.Teeling Single Grain este un sortiment deosebit. Sunt puține distilerii care produc acest tip de whisky, iar Teeling este una dintre ele. Cu un stil unic in cadrul whisky-ului irlandez, Teeling Single Grain depaseste granitele conventionalului. Realizat din 95% porumb si 5% orz, triplu distilat, maturat exclusiv in butoaie de ex-Cabernet Sauvignon californian, acest whisky irlandez este cu adevarat unic. Rezultatul este un whisky delicios, dulce, plin de arome, cu un amestec perfect de condimente si fructe rosii.Miros: Buchetul acestui whisky se remarca prin arome de mar cu miere, strugure rosu, vanilie, zahar brun si condimenteGust: Gustul acestui whisky este usor untos, matasos, floral, usor condimentat, cu note de fructe rosii care echilibreaza balanta notelor dulciFinish: Influenta taninilor face ca finish-ul sa fie unul uscat, scurt, dar plin de arome, cu indicii de tarta cu sirop, crema de ou dulce si cereale condimentate
