Crama San Marzano a început să prindă contur încă din anii 1962, într-un orășel cu același nume în centrul Primitivo di Manduria DOP. Vinurile acestei crame încapsulează o tradiție veche de ani de zile și au reușit să schimbe percepția vinurilor din Puglia în întreaga lume. Talo Nero Di Troia este o adevărată bijuterie din Italia. Provenit din soiul de struguri Nero di Troia, vinul are o culoare rubiniu profundă și intensă, cu reflexii purpurii. Buchetul este elegant și complex, dezvăluind arome bogate de mure, coacăze, cireșe și coriandru, îmbogățite de note de lemn prăjit.
