Descriere
Talisker este situat pe tarmurile insulei Skye din Scotia de aproape 200 de ani. Un brand inradacinat in aventura, fondatorii whisky-ului, fratii MacAskill, au vaslit de la Eigg la Skye in 1830 pentru a infiinta distileria Talisker in Scotia, iar acest sentiment de aventura traieste in continuare in tot ceea ce face brandul astazi. Talisker Surge este un single malt fara declaratie de vechime, invechit in butoaie ex-bourbon si imbuteliat la 45,8% ABV.Miros: cu o dulceata initiala, cu fructe de padure, Creme Brule si caramel de unt. Imediat dupa se va resimti fumul de nuci de pin prajite si indicii de ardei iute aromat.Gust: incepe usor, cu o dulceata de brioche, o nota tropicala de piersici. Nu trece mult timp pana cand adevarata esenta a Talisker iese la iveala, cu note maritime dulci, coaja proaspata de ghimbir si un crescendo de fum de stejar si condimente piperate.Finalul cu note puternice, condimente picante de ardei iute si piper negru, care se estompeaza intr-o adiere de fum indepartat de la cenusa unui foc de tabara de pe plaja, cu o ultima si slaba nota de bezea.
