Plantation 5 ani prezintă un echilibru excelent de arome cu un gust extrem de elegant frumos evidenţiat de textura mătăsoasă. Romul este învechit timp de cinci ani în butoaie de bourbon urmând să capete gustul desăvârşit în în butoaie franţuzeşti de coniac de unde extrage exact cantitatea necesară de arome de nucşoară şi nuanţe lemnoase. Plantation 5 ani respectă specificul zonei Barbados păstrând caracterul tropical al zonei Caraibelor şi se prezintă un foarte bun aperitiv dar şi bază pentru cocktailuri. Gustul romului Plantation 5 ani este caracterizat de arome blânde de ciocolată şi fructe îmbogăţite cu accente răşinoase. Mirosul prezintă nuanţe de stafide bezea şi fructe desăvârşit cu accente fine de frunze de tutun. Finish-ul este unul lung cu influenţe deosebite de ciocolată.
