In anul 1827, Tarul Nicolae I al Rusiei emite un Decret Special, in urma caruia la Purcari este infiintata prima gospodarie vinicola specializata din Basarabia. Aceasta a fost numita in cinstea unuia dintre fondatorii de origine germana, Harmizone. Calitatea strugurilor a atins cote maxime atunci cand podgoriile plantate in 2003- 2004 au ajuns la maturitate dupa 10 ani de la plantarea acestora. Château Purcari este locul unde confortul intalneste traditia, iar peisajele de poveste iti taie respiraaia. Acolo descoperi ca vinul e, totusi, o poezie. Alb de Purcari este obinut din struguri recoltati si selectati manual, vinificati prin metoda traditionala iar maturarea are loc timp de 6 luni in barrique de stejar frantuzesc.Culoare aurie deschisa.Aroma complexa de fructe dulci, cu nuante fine de miere si cu note de mirodenii pe final.Gustul plin, fructat, este bine echilibrat cu accentele de stejar. Un vin senzual, usor, catifelat - iti seduce simturile asemenea primei iubiri.Temperatura de servire: 10-12 C.Asocieri gastronomice: cu diferite specialitati din peste sau cu branzeturi semi-maturate.
