The Balvenie este o gamă de whisky-uri single malt unice și deosebite, ce au in comun un caracter distinctiv oferit de miere și o măiestrie veche de secole. Este singura distilerie din Scoția care încă își cultivă propriul orz și folosește metode tradiționale in prepararea whisky-ului, făcându-l cel mai artizanal de pe piață. Madeira Cask 15 Year Old este un single malt finisat în butoaie care anterior țineau vin Madeira, cunoscut pentru procesul unic de vinificație care implică încălzirea vinului. La sfârșitul secolului al XV-lea navele porneau în călătorii pe mare cu butoaiele de vin Madeira la bord, acestea au fost expuse la căldură și mișcare excesivă, acțiuni care au transformat radical aroma. Rezultatul oferit de butoaie este un whisky excepțional, cu un caracter neted ce oferă note spectaculoase de caramel și fructe.
