Zanin Liquirizia este un lichior dulce catifelat și intens care amintește prin gustul său 100% natural de elementul de bază: lemnul dulce. Pentru producerea acestui lichior se utilizează în principal rădăcina de lemn dulce uscat. Din acest produs se obține extractul cu același nume care este amestecat cu apă alcool și zahăr și astfel este produs Zanin Liquirizia . Zanin produce băuturile cu ajutorul celor mai înalte standarde tehnologice (de exemplu: folosind tehnologia NIR) și de calitate menținând legătura istorică cu tradiția și învățăturile predecesorilor săi. Extracția din componentele aromatice naturale amestecarea și rafinamentul acestora creează produse unice care evocă senzații satisfăcătoare. Confirmarea calității lichiorurilor produse de Zanin sunt cele peste 300 de premii care au fost acordate atât la nivel național cât și internațional de-a lungul anilor.
