Din anul 2011 soparla devine simbol si nume pentru vinurile premiate Lacerta. Acest simbol este asociat cu pozitionarea cramei Lacerta Winery in regiunea Dealu Mare la 100 de km de Bucuresti care detine 82 hectare de podgorie de vita de vie unde pamantul fertil este recunoscut dupa soparlele mici care isi croiesc drum peste tot. Pe alta parte creatorul identitatii mizeaza si pe trimiterea cuvantului latin “certa” care inseamna “o alegere sigura si buna”. Vinurile albe de la Crama Lacerta Winery sunt vinuri bogate si complexe exceptionale de consumat cand sunt tinere dar deosebite cand sunt maturate. Lacerta Rheinriesling este un vin apreciat si unul dintre cele mai colectionate vinuri in intreaga lume astfel devenind printre preferatele consumatorilor de vinuri albe. Placut si surprinzator, un vin echilibrat.Culoare: Galben pai. Miros: Arome fructate completate cu arome florale.Gust: Buchet aromatic dominat de fructe precum merele, lime, grapefruit cu la care se adauga elemente florale. Asocieri gastronomice: Preparate din carne alba, paste cu fructe de mare, preparate asiatice.
