Matsu No Hana Junmai Shu este un vin din orez cu arome rotunjite de orez si o bogatie bine echilibrata care scoate in evidenta aroma completa a orezului. Acestea este un vin uscat mediu. Acest sortiment de vin provine din regiunea Kinki, Shiga din Japonia acesta fiind produs din orez pur.
