Hibiki a fost creat in 1989 pentru a comemora cea de-a 90-a aniversare a lui Suntory si de atunci a fost imbratisata ca modelul artei whisky-ului japonezi. Hibiki Whisky nu este doar cel mai bine premiat blended whisky din Japonia, ci si printre cele mai prestigioase si onorate whisky-uri din lume. Culoare: chihlimbar. Miros: trandafir, litchi, nuanta de rozmarin, lemn matur, lemn de santal. Gust: miere, coaja de portocala confiata, ciocolata alba. Finish-ul: subtil, fraged, cu o nota de Mizunara (stejar japonez).
