KI NO BI Kyoto Dry este un gin inspirat de tradiția japoneză îmbuteliat în Kyoto. KI NO BI Kyoto Dry este creat cu ajutorul plantelor botanice japoneze cum ar fi yuzu galben așchii de lemn hinoki (chiparos japonez) bambus ceai gyokuro din regiunea Uji și fructe de pădure verzi sanshō (boabe de piper japonez). Tehnica distilării şi cea a împletirii aromelor desăvârşesc caracterul etalat al acestui gin în pahar unde echilibrul aromatic perfect se obţine prin împărţirea ingredientelor în şase categorii macerarea lor în alcool de orez şi distilarea individuală. În privința profilului aromatic ginul KI NO BI Kyoto Dry prezintă arome proaspete curate de chiparos și note de bambus. Gustul este discret trădând arome de ienupăr şi yuzu completate cu accente de ceai şi ghimbir.
