Distileria Hayman a fost fondată în anul 1863 de către chimistul și distilatorul James Burrough. Christopher Hayman s-a alătura companiei un secol mai târziu având o experiență de 40 de ani ca maestru în prepararea ginului. Ginul Hayman's London Dry  este o băutură alcoolică dublu câștigătoare a medaliei de aur. În anul 2014.  Hayman's London Dry  a câștigat cel mai mare premiu la San Francisco World Spirits Competition. Ginul Hayman's London Dry  are un gust bogat în care se regăsesc note proaspete de coriandru arome vii de citrice și indicii elegante de multe alte condimente. Datorită nivelului ridicat de alcool cele 10 plante botanice diferite au mai mult loc pentru a-și dezvolta aroma completă. Hayman's London Dry  se poate consuma ca atare în combinație cu apă tonică sau în diferite rețete de cocktailuri printre care cele mai cunoscute sunt: Dry Martini Pogo Stick sau Sweet Martini.
