Finsbury 47 Platinum este un tip de gin uscat cu o concentrație de 47% originar din Marea Britanie. Această băutură se poate lăuda cu un gust bogat parfumat și rafinat care se împletește perfect cu alte ingrediente pentru a se obține cele mai delicioase și elegante cocktailuri. În ceea ce privește notele olfactive se pot resimți arome de ienupăr sau plăcintă cu fructe de pădure alături de accente subtile de ierburi. Gustul este unul bogat ce trădează coriandru și zeamă de portocală. În finish se pot resimți foi de tutun și flori proaspete.
