Martell VS este un coniac creat pentru prima dată sub numele ‘Three Star’ fiind şi astăzi un sortiment apreciat în toate colţurile lumii. Provine din Franța țară cunoscută nu doar pentru vinurile sale remarcabile ci și pentru producerea de coniacuri admirabile. Acest coniac franțuzesc s-a născut din pasiunea lui Jean Martell un bărbat care a părăsit Jersey și s-a mutat în Franța pentru a se dedica dezvoltării artei coniacului. După moartea lui Jean Martell văduva sa Rachel Martell a preluat Maison Martell jurând să-i susțină viziunea și integritatea soțului său. Martell comercializează astăzi sticle decorate cu o etichetă argintie și albastră produsă de o imprimantă pariziană. De asemenea acest coniac a fost servit la încoronarea regelui George al V-lea al Angliei dar și în timpul semnării armistițiului din Primul Război Mondial în Compiegne Franța. Coniacul Martell VS este învechit în butoaie din lemn de stejar pentru o perioadă de 5 până la 7 ani. Gustul este extrem de echilibrat şi aromat fapt ce permite să fie savurat simplu cu bere de ghimbir apă tonică sau ca bază pentru cocktailuri. Casa Martell aduce iubitorilor de coniac acest sortiment deosebit care se poate descrie ca fiind o compoziție artistică. Martell VS are un caracter complex cu o profunzime impresionantă în nuanțe și texturi captivante. În ceea ce privește profilul aromatic acest coniac franțuzesc are în componență un buchet aromatic dominat de note de fructe mai ales smochine urmate de arome dulci de stafide scorțișoară nucșoară și piper negru. Coniac Martell VS prezintă o concentrație alcoolică de 40% și are culoarea chihlimbarului cu tonuri de mahon. De asemenea vine însoțit de o cutie elegantă de bun gust în tonuri maronii.
