Champagne Taittinger a început să prindă contur în momentul în care tânărul ofițer Pierre Taittinger a fost repartizat șefului de stat ce avea sediul la Château de la Marquetterie. Taittinger s-a îndrăgostit de castel și, ulterior, a reușit să-l cumpere. Cu timpul, acesta a reușit să înteleagă arta vinificării și a reusit să-și dezvolte propriul stil de vinuri. Comtes De Champagne Rose 2011 se evidențiază prin compoziția sa elegantă, realizată din soiurile de struguri Pinot Noir și Chardonnay. Datorită stilului său, fiecare înghițitură oferă o explozie de arome delicate, care îmbină fructe roșii cu o finețe florală aparte.
