Descriere
Licentiata inca din anul 1608, Bushmills este cea mai veche distilerie de whisky din lume avand o traditie de peste 400 de ani. Bushmills a rezistant atat de mult in timp pentru faptul ca a ramas la fel. Ca si tinutul de unde vin si acestia a rezistat in timp prin indurare si perseverenta. De-a lungul coastei de nord a Irlandei, unde furtunile arctice lovesc cu furie stancile zimtate si in care apele curgatoare ale raului Bush au taiat prin roca vulcanica, acolo a luat nastere o traditie distilatoare veche de sute de ani. Bushmills este numit dupa morile care macinau orzul si dupa raul Bush care ne da si astazi apa proaspata pentru whisky-ul nostru si azi.Bushmills Triple Distilled 16 ani are netezimea fratelui sau mai mic Bushmills 10 ani dar pentru a-i contura caracterul in ajutorul lui vin cateva personaje fructate. Acest sortiment este maturat in prima faza separat timp de 15 ani in butoaie de Oloroso si in butoaie folosite anterior pentru maturarea Bourbonului, iar apoi in ultimul an pentru finisarea si pentru dobandirea caracterului distinct acestea este maturat impreuna in butoaie de vin port. Aceste butoaie de port adauga whisky-ului arome delicioase de fructe si indicii de bomboane si ciocolata. Acest sortiment este neted cu accente mai dulci si mai fructate decat toate sortimentele Bushmills.Miros: Buchet aromatic fructat si dulce care aduce arome bogate de stafide, vanilie, condimente si note de nuciGust: Arome de fructe de cires cu accente de malt, cafea, vermut si sherry completate cu note usoare de coaja de graprefruit si vin rosuFinish: Finish mediu cu accente de lemn si fructe
