Casa Bottega are o istorie de patru secole in lumea vinului. Produsele casei Bottega au primit 280 de aprecieri si sunt gasite in 132 de tari. Povestea incepe in anul 1920 cand Domenico Bottega a fost un negustor de vinuri. Vinificator pasionat, a stiut sa recunoasca cele mai bune soiuri de strugurii direct din podgorie. In 1977 urmasul sau, Aldo Bottega, a infiintat Distilleria Bottega la Treviso-Veneto. Mai tarziu in anul 2007 Distilleria se muta in apropiere de Conegliano Veneto, la 50 km de Venetia. Sediul este o mare ferma din secolul al XVII-lea, renovata in conformitate cu cele mai avansate criterii de protectie a mediului si inconjurata de 10 hectare de vita de vie, fiind in totalitate o afacere de familie. Bottega Spa propune pasionatilor si degustori editii limtate de vinuri spumante, aromate si intrigante. Bottega pink rose gold este un vin spumant rose, obtinut din struguri de Pinot Noir.Procesele de vinificatie se desfasoara la temperaturi controlate, astfel obtinandu-se un echilibru perfect intre prospetime si arome. Culoare de rose trandafiriu cu reflexii de piersica.Buchet cu arome intense, elegante, complexe, caracterizat prin note florale si fructate, in principal fructe mixte, coacaze si capsuni salbatice.Gust proaspat, delicat, moale, structurat, cu o aciditate echilibrata si un gust placut si persistent.Temperatura servire: 6-8 °C.Asocieri gastronomice: preparate din carne rosie sau meniuri representative ale bucatariilor de profil.Cuvinte cheie: spumant, bottega, veneto, roze, rose, spumant rose, spumant roze, vin spumant rose, vin spumant roze
