Choya - vin de prune are o concentraţie de 10 % alcool. Este bazat pe o reţetă japoneză cu tradiţie. Are aroma specifică vinurilor de fructe plăcută şi fină apreciat de toţi cei care preferă o băutură delicată şi uşoară. Produsul este fabricat în Germania ocupând pe piaţa europeană un loc privilegiat. Choya - vin de prune este foarte ofertant putând fi consumat ca aperitiv dar şi în timpul unei cine uşoare potrivindu-se foarte bine cu peştele sau cu preparatele din carne de vită. De asemenea poate acompania discret un desert din fructe şi brânzeturi. Se recomandă chiar şi servirea alături de preparatele tradiţionale japoneze precum sushi sau sashimi. Poate fi consumat sec sau cu apă minerală. Choya - vin de prune are un miros plin de originalitate în care se distinge amprenta proaspătă a fructelor. Gustul poartă degustătorul de la o asprime dulceagă la aroma fină a prunelor. Are o culoare limpede cu reflexe aurii.
