Producția de Ouzo are loc în mod tradițional și exclusiv în Grecia fiind considerată băutura națională a Greciei. Această băutură are propriul mod de servire: se asezonează alături de meze o selecție de mâncăruri servite drept aperitiv sau fel principal în vase mici. Aromele pe care băutura Ouzo le are sunt puternice și contrastante: acru și sărat dulce și amar picant și revigorant. Ouzo Sertiko 0.7L este creată de compania greacă a familiei Kaloyannis care folosește vechea rețetă și metodele tradiționale de distilare în cazane mici de cupru lucrate manual. Ouzo Sertiko 0.7L conține apă de la izvoarele râului Sedientas anason din satul Lisvori fenicul de la nord de insula Evia scorțișoară nucșoară și multe alte plante. Ouzo Sertiko 0.7L se servește întotdeauna diluat cu apă sau cu gheață.
