Cellini Cru reprezintă un sortiment de băutură numit Grappa care provine la origine din Italia și are o concentrația de 38 %. Soiurile de struguri care contribuie la formarea acestei băuturi sunt Pinot și Glera. Maturarea băuturii se face timp de 6 luni în butoaie din oțel. În ceea ce privește mirosul dar și gustul notele cele mai intense și de lungă durată sunt cele fructate fiind o băutură ideală pentru zilele de vară.
