Compania Celene este specializata din 1947 in producerea de vinuri spumante. Situata in Haux, in inima din Entre-Deux-Mers, isi datoreaza cunostintele galeriilor sale subterane construite din calcar, stanca de pe malul drept al raului Garonne in secolul al XVIII-lea. Ballarin Blanc este un vin spumant realizat din 50% Cabernet Franc, 30% Semilion, 20% Muscadelle, culesi manual, vinificati dupa metoda traditionala, a doua fermentatie are loc in sticla, maturat timp de 12 luni in galeriile naturale de calcar. Culoare: aurie si stralucitoare. Miros: cu note de salcam si citrice se amesteca cu arome de condimente. Gust: echilibrat si fin. Finish-ul lung si fructat. Temperatura de servire: 5 - 8 °C.
