Asbach GmbH este o filiala a companiei Underberg AG, care pe langa brandy-uri produce si alte bauturi spirtoase si ciocolata. Istoria companiei dateaza din 1892, cand Hugo Asbach a fondat compania in orasul Rüdesheim am Rhein. In 1892 el distribuia Cogancul Rüdesheim care a devenit curand foarte popular. Dupa primul razboi mondial, cand Tratatul de la Versailles a decretat ca cuvantul Cognac nu poate fi folosit decat pentru produsele franceze, Hugo Asbach a inventat termenul Weinbrand pentru tuica germana, care in 1923 a devenit o clasificare oficiala conform legii viticole germane.Asbach 8 ani este un distilat de vinuri fine din regiunile cu cele mai buni culturi, Asbach Privatbrand se matureaza in butoaie de stejar de tip Limousin timp de cel putin 8 ani de zile. Gustul perfect rotunjit si culoarea distinctiva de chihilimbar fac din acest brandy o experienta unica.Miros: Buchetul acestui brandy este pronuntat fructat cu note de ciocolata neagra si lemn de cedruGust: Gustul este usor picant, cu note puternice de fructe, migdale si condimente in fundalFinish: Finish-ul este unul foarte lung cu note puternice aromate si coapte
