Armagnac-ul este un brandy cu Denumire de Origine Controlata (AOC) produs in sudul Frantei, in zona ce ii poarta numele. Inrudit cu cognacul, are cateva caracteristici care il diferentiaza net. Este produs din 4 soiuri de struguri (Baco Blanc, Colombard, Folle blanche, Ugni blanc), este distilat o singura data in mod traditional in sistemul coloana si este invechit in butoaie de stejar. Datorita faptului ca este distilat o singura data, are o aroma mai puternica si mai bogata
maturarea in butoaie de stejar ii confera un gust mai catifelat, cu arome mai complexe si o culoare maronie.Laristan XO este listat in portofoliul Casei Dobbe, recunoscuta pentru cognacurile sale premium. Acest Armagnac, invechit in butoaie de stejar pentru minim 15 ani, ofera un spectru complex de arome intense, de la fructe confiate, coacaze coapte si cacao la vanilie, stejar si condimente. Este usor uleios pe palat, proaspat, cu tanini bine integrati si o armonie perfecta intre notele de lemn si fructe.Miros: arome intense, fructateGust: rotunjit, cu note parfumate de fructe confiate, coacaze coapte, vanilie si cacao
