Royal Salute are o istorie bogată, care datează încă din 1953. A fost creat special pentru a comemora încoronarea Reginei Elisabeta a II-a, făcându-l un whisky cu semnificație regală. Numele său este inspirat de tradiționalul salut cu 21 de arme, o onoare militară acordată regalității și demnitarilor. Whisky-ul a fost lansat pentru prima dată pe 2 iunie 1953 și a fost prezentat Reginei Elisabeta a II-a în timpul festivităților de încoronare. A fost un succes instantaneu, captând atenția pasionaților de whisky din întreaga lume. Reputația sa a crescut rapid, iar Royal Salute a devenit sinonim cu calitate și prestigiu excepțional. 21 Year Old este un whiskey blend remarcabil ce conține whisky intens și rar din distilerii “pierdute”. Maestrul din spatele acestei creații magnifice este Sandy Hyslop, care a ales cu atenție fiecare whisky incorporat în acest blend, obținând o băutură de excepție, ce poate fi găsită numai în aeroporturi. Acesta are un gust afumat ce balansează perfect note bogate de fructe și un strop de condimente.
