Pe lângă producerea whisky-ului, în interiorul distileriei principala misiune este educarea publicului cu privire la procesul de distilare și istoria mărcii. 16 Years Old Madeira Cask este ca o prăjitură cu fructe, usor condimentată. Notele noi de miere sunt complimentate de citrice, măr și stropi de ciocolată. Finish-ul este unul liniștitor, dar totuși bogat și surprinzător.
