Aroma se deschide încă de la primii vapori, cu note condimentat fructate, sherry și vanilie cremoasă. Gustul aduce valuri moi de fructe cărnoase, cu note puternice de turbă și stejar. Finisajul este lung, uscat și picant, cu arome persistente de fructe uscate și tanini de stejar.
