Glengoyne este o distilerie fondată în anul 1833, de unde a pornit ca un producător mic și , ulterior, a prins renume pe dealurile regiunii Highland. Distileria se mândrește cu procesul lor unic de fabricare a whisky-ului. Orzul este uscat la aer, distilarea în alambicuri este extrem de lentă, iar maturarea în butoaie durează 6 ani. Glengoyne 12 Years Old dezvăluie un paradis al aromelor. Notele de coajă de lămâie și mere caramelizate combinate cu parfumul de nucă de cocos te scufundă într-un buchet impresionant și unic. Datorită notelor dulci combinate cu scorțișoara și ghimbir, finalul este unul echilibrat.
