Glengoyne este o distilerie fondată în anul 1833 care a pornit ca un producător mic și , ulterior, a prins renume pe dealurile regiunii Highland. Distileria se mândrește cu procesul lor unic de fabricare a whisky-ului, fiind cea mai lentă distilerie din Scoția. Orzul este uscat la aer, iar alegerea și pregătirea butoaielor durează 6 ani.
